What exactly are Scope 1, 2 and 3?
Scope 1: direct emissions from sources your company controls (vehicle fuel, boilers, generators). Scope 2: indirect emissions from purchased electricity, steam, heating/cooling. Scope 3: other indirect emissions across your value chain (supply chain, business travel, waste, employee commute).
